A U.S. federal judge last week accepted a settlement that does not have Leatherwood admitting any wrongdoing, or paying any monetary damages, the Associated Press reported in the Sydney Morning Herald. Leatherwood was initially sued by Eros LLC, the Tampa Bay-area company that creates virtual sex scripts in Second Life, including virtual sex toys users can purchase for and use with their avatars
