So I get in late (or early depending on your pov) and check my email before I pass out from RL day of Hell that consisted of 3 hours of sleep, waking up covered in hives, a RL meeting were the Bossman says "So everyone consider yourself fired unless you get a letter by the end of the day stating otherwise (which I got, yay) and there waiting for me was a email from Linden Labs.

First thought: Gah, more spammage on some new feature I'll never use. Junk it.

Second thought: Maybe I should read it first.

So I read it. It was the same letter I got in July when they disabled my account." Account disabled...blah blah blah...Age verification...blah blah, submit a ticket or fax us your private documents so we can leave them out, have them copied by the night janitor who is really a KAOS agent (fans of Get Smart know this to be true) who will use my cuteness to take over the world. What? It could happen. :)

*remembers she needs air and inhales* Air is good!

So I no sooner read that and begin to get all angry then another one arrives. I open it, thinking it was an "oh sorry, youre ok because you JUST did this in July!" letter but no. It was another "Prove it or else" letter. Wtf?!

I headed toward the LL site. Log in, no problem. Try to use the Support Portal to submit a ticket and it doesn't work. I get sent back to the default My Account Page telling me if I have login/password problems to please call them and they will be happy to help! I know my password, if I didn't, how would I have logged in to the site for you to tell me to call?

After several more tries, I gave up and that's where I currently am. I can't submit a ticket for the info they already have. I changed email addresses so I can't reference my old ticket number even if I did call.

Might be time to make an Alt. But besides that, if anyone has some suggestions, I'm wide open.
